1. पद क्र.1: (i) विधी पदवी   (ii) उच्च न्यायालय किंवा त्यास दुय्यम असलेल्या न्यायालयात, अधिवक्ता म्हणून काम केल्याचा आठ वर्षांचा अनुभव असावा.
2. पद क्र.2: (i) विधी पदवी   (ii) राज्य किंवा भारतीय बार कौन्सिलने प्रदान केलेले ‘वकिली व्यवसायाचे प्रमाणपत्र’ (Certificate of Practice) प्राप्त केल्यानंतर, वकील म्हणून किमान सात वर्षांचा प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव असावा.
3. पद क्र.3: (i) जे केंद्रीय सशस्त्र दलांचे सेवारत सदस्य राहिलेले नाहीत आणि ज्यांनी लष्करामध्ये ‘मेजर’ किंवा त्यापेक्षा उच्च दर्जाचे पद, अथवा नौदल किंवा वायुदलामध्ये त्यास समतुल्य दर्जाचे पद धारण केले आहे;
   (ii) ज्यांना मराठी भाषेचे पुरेसे ज्ञान आहे, ज्यामुळे त्यांना ही भाषा सहजपणे बोलता, वाचता आणि लिहिता येते; तथापि, जर आवश्यक दर्जाचा अधिकारी उपलब्ध नसेल, तर केंद्रीय सशस्त्र दलांचे सेवारत सदस्य राहिलेले नसलेले आणि ज्यांनी लष्करामध्ये ‘लेफ्टनंट’ किंवा त्यापेक्षा उच्च दर्जाचे पद, अथवा नौदल किंवा वायुदलामध्ये त्यास समतुल्य दर्जाचे पद धारण केले आहे, अशा अधिकाऱ्याचाही विचार केला जाऊ शकतो.

1. Post No.1: (i) A Degree in Law. (ii) Must possess eight years of experience working as an Advocate in a High Court or in a Court subordinate thereto.
2. Post No.2: (i) A Degree in Law. (ii) Must possess a minimum of seven years of actual practice as an Advocate after obtaining a ‘Certificate of Practice’ granted by a State or the Bar Council of India.
3. Post No.3: (i) Candidates who have not been serving members of the Central Armed Forces, and who have held the rank of ‘Major’ or above in the Army, or an equivalent rank in the Navy or Air Force; (ii) Candidates who possess adequate knowledge of the Marathi language, enabling them to speak, read, and write the language with ease; however, if an officer of the requisite rank is not available, an officer who has not been a serving member of the Central Armed Forces—and who has held the rank of ‘Lieutenant’ or above in the Army, or an equivalent rank in the Navy or Air Force—may also be considered.
