| 1. The second edition of the Brazil–India Cross-Incubation Programme in Agritech, called Maitri 2.0, was started by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) in New Delhi. This program’s goal is to improve cooperation and innovation between the agritech sectors of India and Brazil. It is a stage in the 77-year collaboration between the two countries in agriculture. The program’s main goals are to work together, share knowledge, and construct food systems that can withstand shocks.
ब्राझील-भारत क्रॉस-इन्क्युबेशन प्रोग्राम इन अ‍ॅग्रीटेकची दुसरी आवृत्ती, मैत्री २.०, नवी दिल्ली येथील भारतीय कृषी संशोधन परिषदेने सुरू केली. या कार्यक्रमाचे उद्दिष्ट भारत आणि ब्राझीलच्या कृषी तंत्रज्ञान क्षेत्रांमधील सहकार्य आणि नवोपक्रम सुधारणे आहे. दोन्ही देशांमधील कृषी क्षेत्रातील ७७ वर्षांच्या सहकार्यातील हा एक टप्पा आहे. या कार्यक्रमाचे मुख्य उद्दिष्टे एकत्र काम करणे, ज्ञान सामायिक करणे आणि धक्क्यांना तोंड देऊ शकतील अशा अन्न प्रणाली तयार करणे आहेत. |
| 2. The Union Government gave the go-ahead for the release of 25 lakh more LPG connections under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) for the 2025–26 financial year in September 2025. Since the plan started in 2016, this action brings the total number of LPG connections given out to 10.58 crore. The plan is to give women from poorer households clean cooking fuel without having to pay for it up front.
केंद्र सरकारने सप्टेंबर २०२५ मध्ये २०२५-२६ आर्थिक वर्षासाठी प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजनेअंतर्गत (पीएमयूवाय) २५ लाख अधिक एलपीजी कनेक्शन देण्यास मान्यता दिली. २०१६ मध्ये ही योजना सुरू झाल्यापासून, या कारवाईमुळे एलपीजी कनेक्शनची एकूण संख्या १०.५८ कोटी झाली आहे. गरीब घरातील महिलांना आगाऊ पैसे न देता स्वच्छ स्वयंपाक इंधन देण्याची ही योजना आहे. |
| 3. The All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) in Goa hosted the 10th National Ayurveda Day in 2025. The occasion was a celebration of ten years of work to promote Ayurveda as a complete health system. Dignitaries including the Governor of Goa, Chief Minister of Goa, and Union Ministers participated. The topic, “Ayurveda for People and Planet,” fit with worldwide aspirations for sustainability and showed how Ayurveda is becoming more popular around the world.

| 4. For the first time, the Fishing Cat (Prionailurus viverrinus) has been seen in the Ramgarh Vishdhari Tiger Reserve (RVTR) in Rajasthan. Field scientists and the Dalelpura tiger tracking team were doing their normal tiger monitoring work when they found this. Camera traps in the Ramgarh Range of the Bundi district took pictures that proved the species was there. This discovery adds to the reserve’s already diverse small cat population and shows that its water habitats are healthy.

| 6. GST 2.0 brought about big changes in the Indian government starting on September 22, 2025. | 7. The National Human Rights Commission of India started its Online Short Term Internship Program in September 2025. Out of 896 candidates, 80 students from 21 states and union territories were chosen. The program lasts for two weeks, from September 22 to October 3. It aims to help young people learn more about how to promote and safeguard human rights in India.

It is predicted to reach $583 billion and rise by 10% to 20% every year. China, Australia, and India are the leaders in important sectors, which shows a shift toward preventive health care.
