वयाची अट: 17 ऑक्टोबर 2026 रोजी UR/EWS साठी कमाल 28 वर्षे. SC/ST: 5 वर्षे; OBC-NCL: 3 वर्षे; PwBD: लागू प्रवर्ग सवलतीव्यतिरिक्त 10 वर्षे. 01-01-1980 ते 31-12-1989 दरम्यान जम्मू-काश्मीरमध्ये अधिवास असणाऱ्यांसाठी 5 वर्षे; माजी सैनिक/सेवारत सशस्त्र दल अधिकाऱ्यांना कंपनीच्या नियमानुसार सवलत. सर्व सवलतींसह कमाल वय PwBD साठी 56 व इतरांसाठी 55 वर्षे. UR जागेसाठी अर्ज करणाऱ्यांना UR निकष लागू.
नोकरी ठिकाण: बेंगळुरू, तुमकुरू, हैदराबाद, नाशिक, कोरापुट, बॅरकपूर, लखनऊ, कानपूर व कोरवा. कंपनीच्या गरजेनुसार इतर HAL विभाग/केंद्र/कार्यालयात नियुक्ती किंवा बदली होऊ शकते.
वेतन व लाभ: E0 वेतनश्रेणी: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000; सुरुवातीचे मूलभूत वेतन ₹30,000. लागू DA, HRA (कंपनीचे निवासस्थान न दिल्यास) आणि मूलभूत वेतनाच्या 35% cafeteria allowance. दुसऱ्या व तिसऱ्या वर्षी मूलभूत वेतनावर 3% वार्षिक वाढ. ही वेतनश्रेणी आहे; ₹1,20,000 हा सुरुवातीचा किंवा हातात मिळणारा पगार नाही. नियमानुसार PF, रजा, gratuity आणि ₹10 लाखांपर्यंत विमा संरक्षणासाठी वर्षाला कमाल ₹25,000 वैद्यकीय विमा प्रतिपूर्ती.

अर्ज कसा करावा?

  1. खालील जाहिरात वाचून शाखा आणि पात्रता तपासा. Apply Online लिंक उघडा.
  2. नोंदणी करून मोबाइल व ईमेल तपासा; अर्ज क्रमांक जतन करा.
  3. एका पात्र शाखेसाठी वैयक्तिक व शैक्षणिक माहिती भरा. JPG फोटो 100 KB पेक्षा कमी आणि सही 50 KB पेक्षा कमी ठेवा.
  4. अंतिम सबमिशनपूर्वी सर्व तपशील तपासा; नंतर दुरुस्ती मान्य नाही. लागू शुल्क पोर्टलवरून भरा.
  5. शुल्क पडताळणीला 48–72 तास लागू शकतात. पुन्हा लॉगिन करून पुष्टी झालेला अंतिम अर्ज डाउनलोड करा. SC/ST/PwBD साठी शुल्क पडताळणी लागू नाही. अंतिम दिवसाची वाट पाहू नका.
कागदपत्रे व महत्त्वाच्या अटी:

  • पदवी/तात्पुरते प्रमाणपत्र, सर्व गुणपत्रके, CGPA conversion certificate (लागू असल्यास), अर्जाची प्रत आणि दाव्यांना पुष्टी देणारी मूळ कागदपत्रे तयार ठेवा.
  • OBC-NCL प्रमाणपत्र 17-10-2026 रोजी 6 महिन्यांपेक्षा जुने नसावे. EWS प्रमाणपत्र 2026–27 साठी वैध व 2025–26 च्या उत्पन्न/मालमत्तेवर आधारित असावे. लागू जात/दिव्यांग प्रमाणपत्र विहित नमुन्यात द्या.
  • सरकारी/PSU व जाहिरातीत नमूद इतर नोकरीतील उमेदवारांना NOC किंवा NOC लागू नसल्याचा नियोक्त्याचा पुरावा आवश्यक. ही भरती बाह्य उमेदवारांसाठी आहे; HAL अंतर्गत उमेदवार पात्र नाहीत.

PwBD Reservation: Six PwBD vacancies are reserved horizontally within the total of 150. At least 40% of an identified disability is required. Check the discipline-specific disability list on pages 2–3 of the notification.
Educational Qualification: Recognised regular/full-time Engineering/Technology degree in an eligible branch under the 10+2+4 system, or 10+3+3 for lateral entry. Minimum aggregate: 60% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD, calculated across all semesters/years without rounding off.

Important Qualification Conditions:

  • Only Indian nationals are eligible. Relevant 5/6-year integrated degrees are accepted.
  • Part-time, correspondence, distance education and e-learning degrees are not eligible.
  • Use the university’s CGPA conversion formula and provide its conversion certificate. Proof of passing with the prescribed marks is required at interview.
  • No separate minimum work-experience requirement is specified; fresh graduates meeting all conditions may apply.
  • For equivalent technical courses of professional bodies/institutions, only enrolment up to 31 May 2013 is considered under the notification. Acceptance of other branches within the listed disciplines remains subject to HAL’s stated conditions and decision.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years for UR/EWS as on 17 October 2026. Relaxation: SC/ST 5 years; OBC-NCL 3 years; PwBD 10 years in addition to applicable category relaxation. Eligible J&K domicile during 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989: 5 years; ex-servicemen/serving Armed Forces officers: company rules. Overall ceiling after relaxation: 56 for PwBD and 55 for others. Candidates applying against UR posts are subject to UR criteria.
Job Locations: Bengaluru, Tumakuru, Hyderabad, Nasik, Koraput, Barrackpore, Lucknow, Kanpur and Korwa. Posting or transfer to other HAL divisions, centres or offices may occur according to organisational requirements.
Pay & Benefits: E0 pay scale: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000; initial basic pay ₹30,000, plus applicable DA, HRA when company quarters are not provided, and cafeteria allowance at 35% of basic pay. Annual increment: 3% of basic pay in years two and three. ₹1,20,000 is the scale ceiling, not starting or guaranteed take-home pay. Benefits include applicable PF, leave, gratuity and medical insurance reimbursement up to ₹25,000 yearly for cover up to ₹10 lakh, subject to notification conditions.
Application Fee: UR/OBC-NCL/EWS: ₹500, including 18% GST; SC/ST/PwBD: exempt. Online fee is non-refundable.
Important Dates:

  • Interview: tentatively November 2026; shortlisted applicants will receive the exact schedule and venue by email.
Selection Process: Shortlisting by degree aggregate at a maximum 1:10 ratio per discipline/category → original-document verification before interview → interview → pre-employment medical examination for provisionally selected candidates. Final selection is based on interview performance, with at least 50% interview marks required (SC/ST/PwBD relaxation as per rules). Older candidates receive preference when qualifying marks tie. No written examination is specified.
How to Apply:

  1. Read the notification and check your branch and eligibility. Open the Apply Online link below.
  2. Register with your mobile number and email; retain the application number.
  3. Complete personal and qualification details for one eligible discipline. Prepare a JPG photograph under 100 KB and signature under 50 KB.
  4. Review every detail before final submission; later corrections are not accepted. Pay the applicable fee through the portal.
  5. Payment validation may take 48–72 hours. Log in again to download the confirmed final application after validation. This payment step does not apply to SC/ST/PwBD. Complete the process well before the deadline.
Documents & Important Conditions:

  • Keep degree/provisional certificate, all marksheets, applicable CGPA conversion certificate, application copy and originals supporting your declarations ready.
  • OBC-NCL certificate must not be older than six months as on 17-10-2026. EWS certificate must be valid for 2026–27 based on 2025–26 income/assets. Submit applicable caste/disability certificates in the prescribed format.
  • Government/PSU and other specified employees require an NOC or employer-issued proof of its non-applicability. Recruitment is for external candidates; internal HAL applications are not considered.
  • Applications for multiple disciplines will all be rejected. If several applications are submitted for the same discipline, only the last is considered.
